Head to Toe 2.5Hr
Start easing tension by enjoying a relaxing foot soak with head, neck, and shoulder massage. Following your soak will be a luxurious 90 min AVEDA Aroma Massage. You will also have your feet pampered with an invigorating salt scrub and moisturizing foot mask, and your face will be rejuvenated with a fa’sagge treatment using AVEDA skincare products. All of these treatments will be done by one therapist so you can completely relax during your treatment.
Head to Toe Mini 60min
Express head to toe pampering! Start with an aromatic foot bath and shoulder massage. Your feet will be scrubbed with salts and set in a moisturizing masque while you receive a massage-facial using Aveda products. Neck and foot massage help to relieve tension in the whole body!
Deep Moisture 2.5Hr
During this 2.5hr deep moisture body treatment you will start with a warming foot soak. After soaking, you will head to the table for a hydrating sugar body polish and an ultra-moisturizing, warm cocoa butter body wrap and massage. You will also receive a fa’ssage mini facial using AVEDA skincare to rejuvenate dry winter skin. This retreat all about moisture for dry winter skin and replenishing/relaxing after a day on the mountain!
Elements of the Earth 2.5Hr

You will also have your feet pampered with an invigorating salt scrub and moisturizing foot mask, and your face will be rejuvenated with a fa’sagge treatment using AVEDA skincare products. Beautiful Body 2.5Hr
Treat your body to the ultimate pampering. Your treatment will start with an invigorating salt scrub followed by a seaweed wrap that will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. After your scrub and wrap, you will head over to the shower and return to your treatment room for a relaxing fa’ssage using exclusivity AVEDA skincare products hand-picked by your technician and a relaxing application of a body moisturizer to hydrate your skin. All of these treatments will be done by one technician so you can completely relax during your treatment.
Deluxe Detox 90min
Start your treatment by soaking your feet in a relaxing & detoxifying Himalayan salt foot bath followed by a dry brushing session for the body to improve circulation and lymph flow. After the invigorating dry brushing, your technician will apply a detoxifying Seaweed mask and then help you into our steamy wonder steam tent for a detoxifying steam. While you steam, you will enjoy scalp and foot massage. Shower after your mask & steam and return to the treatment room for nourishing body moisture to be applied.
Detox Mini 60min
Start your treatment by soaking your feet in a relaxing & detoxifying Himalayan salt foot bath followed by a dry brushing session for the body to improve circulation and lymph flow. After the invigorating dry brushing, your technician will help you into our steamy wonder steam tent for a detoxifying steam. While you steam, you will enjoy scalp and foot massage.
Release Restore & Reset 90 min
Start with a 60min Thai Body Stretch- a blend of compression massage and assisted yoga stretches given in a meditative way with loving kindness. The giver works with the natural rhythm of the receiver to find release while the receiver takes time to restore and allow for opening where needed. After your Thai Body Stretch, completely unwind mentally with a signature Yoga Nidra session, a deep meditation said to be equivalent to four hours of sleep.

Salt Glow Body Polish
The Salt Glow Body Polish Treatment is a 60-minute exfoliating salt scrub using fine ground Himalayan Salt . the salt scrub leaves skin exfoliated and smooth, after a quick rinse in the shower, a moisturizing body lotion will be applied for super soft, pampered skin! Not recommended for sensitive skin.
Organic Sugar Polish
Dead skin is sloughed away using a gentle sugar-based body exfoliant. The hydrating properties of sugar will leave the skin soft and smooth but not dry. After your skin is exfoliated, you will head to the shower for a quick rinse and return to your treatment room for a relaxing application of body moisture.
AVEDA Cherry Almond Body Polish
A smoothing AVEDA Body Polish in AVEDA’s popular Cherry Almond Scent. Your skin will be exfoliated from head to toe with the AVEDA Cherry Almond body scrub, after the scrub, AVEDA Cherry Almond body lotion will be massaged into your skin- leaving you skin soft and smooth.
Seaweed Body Wrap
Renew body and mind with a revitalizing dry brush exfoliation and seaweed and mud body wrap that detoxifies and nourishes. Skin is smoothed and softened while the senses are awakened with this invigorating wrap. After showering, a moisturizing lotion application leaves your skin soft and smooth.
Warm Cocoa Butter Body Wrap
Perfect for cold winter months and dry skin. This warming, nourishing treatment will leave your skin deeply moisturized. You will be wrapped in a warm cocoa butter that your therapist will apply to your skin. While the moisture sinks in, you will enjoy head, scalp or foot massage. For maximum moisture, the cocoa butter will be left on the skin, but there is always an option to shower off if you would like.
