Yoga is an ideal way to stay in shape and be more comfortable during your pregnancy. Practicing yoga creates stability and awareness of your changing body, supporting a healthy pregnancy and birthing experience. Yoga is also beneficial in teaching you to breathe deeply and relax, which will come in handy as you face the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood. In this 5-week Prenatal Yoga series, learn the age-old practice while meeting other expectant mothers in a positive, supportive environment. Please check with your doctor before registering for the class.

This class is currently being taught by Gillian Baudo, a yoga teacher with extensive yoga and pregnancy experience. We will be accepting a maximum of 8 students for this course to ensure everyone gets personal attention.
