Check our events page for more information for upcoming retreats. You can also customize a retreat to suit your group. Retreats are a great way to bring family together or boost team spirit in the workplace. Our retreats can be customized to be as short as 1-day or span over several days. They can include yoga, group activities, wellness education, spa services and more. Give us a call for more information. Custom retreats must be booked at least one month in advance.
