Total Wellness Package
3hrs $195 + tax – single

Start out with a 60min private yoga session tailored to your needs- this session can be guided gentle stretching, an intense workout or meditation and mindfulness. Your instructor will customize the session for you. After yoga, you’ll head to the sauna to sweat it out. You will have an hour to enjoy the sauna, shower and relax before your 60min therapeutic massage that will conclude your total wellness package.
Total Relaxation Package
$205 + tax – single
$345 + tax – couples
Begin with a 30min Yoga Nidra session, also known as yogic sleep. You will be guided through gentle restorative yoga poses while being led through a guided meditation to promote total mind and body relaxation. After yoga nidra, you’ll head to the treatment room to soak your feet in Himalayan salts before your 60min therapeutic massage, foot moitsture mask and additional foot massage.
Sports Recovery Package
$200 + tax – single
Begin with a warming sauna session to soften sore, tight muscles. After the sauna, shower off and head to the treatment room for 90min Sports Massage. End your session with Normatec 2.0 compression sleeves to aid in circulation and further muscle recovery. This package is ideal for an active individual who is feeling the effects of stress, tension or overuse in their muscles.
Pure Bliss Package
$260 + tax – single
Begin with a 30min Yoga Nidra Session. You will be guided through gentle restorative yoga poses while being led through a guided meditation to promote total mind and body relaxation. After yoga nidra, meet your massage therapist for a 90min Therapeutic Massage. Your experience will end with a 30min sound bath sending you into a state of pure bliss.
Fountain of Youth Package
$320 + tax – single
Experience lifting and firming for face and body! Start with a detoxifying, firming seaweed body wrap and our Steamy Wonder steam tent – your own personal sauna. Then head to our expert esthetician for a 60min anti-aging facial and microcurrent treatment- a workout for your face. This package will leave you feeling, lifted, toned and pampered.
Glowing Skin Package
$190 + tax – single
Get glowing from head to toe! Start with an active private yoga class customized for your needs. After yoga, head to the treatment room for a vaccum cupping session to increase blood flow, get lymph moving and bring health and vitality to the body. After cupping, enjoy the warmth in our infrared sauna to end your experience.
