Come and explore meditation with this 2 hour workshop. We will cover why to meditate, practice 4 types of meditations, and have a gentle yoga sequence to loosen the muscles and connect our meditative mind with movement. The workshop ends with a blissful and relaxing yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Whether you are new to meditation or already meditate, this workshop hopes to leave you calmed, relaxed and a little more comfortable in your seat of meditation.
