In this workshop fresh locally grown herbs will be provided so we can get creative and learn how to make your own smudge sticks. We will also be learning the origins and history of the smudging practice. You will receive the empowerment to take over your own space and protect your energies. The smudging will be followed by a 60 minute meditative alignment flow practice suitable for all levels. 2 hours – Sunday May 20th at 2pm – Regular price $50 + tax. I am 200 hour RYT certified instructor from San Marcos,Texas! My love for adventure, travel and the outdoors has brought my journey to Ruidoso, New Mexico with my two children. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and what started as a fitness has become a way of prayer and a gateway to my spirituality.
